Chemistry Meeting:

We start with a 30 minute call to check we are the right fit, once that is established a coaching agreement is put in place and both parties agree what the coaching approach looks like.

Schedule a Call

Assessment & Exploration:

We establish your current reality, ambitions, personal purpose, strengths, drivers, and development areas. This may include the introduction of a psychometric tool

Goal Definition & Planning:

Using various techniques, we help you clearly articulate and commit to specific goals, forming the basis for a Personal Development Plan.

Follow-Up & Review:

We engage in ongoing support to ensure progress and shared accountability.
