We shall start with a complementary 30 minutes chemistry call to establish whether we are the right fit.  Once the answer is yes we shall work through and agree on the coaching agreement.                          
 
1 x 90 minute exploration session to establish the results you would like to achieve and specific tools to enhance self awareness can be tailored and used at this stage.        
 
5 x 45 minute coaching sessions will follow to support you achieve the results you are looking for.          
 
1 x 45 minute personal development plan review will take place after the five coaching sessions are completed.     
 
The exploration session and the six coaching sessions will take place over a 12 week period.
