Hello! I'm Jo, a Business Coach, Coaching Supervisor, and a Leadership Development Trainer with over 20 years of global business experience. My passion lies in bringing out the best in others through a person-centred and solution-focused approach.
Empowering clients to develop deeper self-awareness is at the heart of my work, enabling them to present their authentic, confident, and decisive selves in all aspects of their lives.
The Coaching, Supervision, and Leadership Development Training methods provided, help clients clarify their short and long-term goals and understand each step required to achieve them in a motivated and solution focused way.
Credentials
I have a BA (Hons) degree in Training and Education and a Master of Science degree in Personal and Management Coaching (MSc).
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Senior Practitioner (EIA) with EMCC Global
Excellent Business Coaching services have been provided at Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President levels, for over 10 years and 500 + hours of business coaching has been completed to date both face-to-face and virtually.
As a coaching Supervisor
I am a practising Coaching Supervisor. I completed the Coaching Supervision Advanced Certification with Oxford Brookes Business School in the UK in 2024.
The EMCC Supervision Individual Award (ESIA) was also presented to me in 2024 and this demonstrates over 100 hours of individual coach supervision provided to date.
In addition, in-company group supervision sessions are also provided.
As a Course Designer
Experience in managing and designing Leadership Development & Coaching Education Programmes that include achievements such as the analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation of an EMCC accredited in-house coaching practitioner programme for Directors and Senior Directors.
This programme design received the EMCC Quality Award (EQA) demonstrating an excellence in the design standards being achieved.
Certification
& Experience
For the past 10 years psychometric tools such as the Roche Martin Emotional Capital Self & Multi-rater Reports, The Insights Discovery Profiles, and other competency-based assessments have been used when I have been working with senior leaders in the Clinical Research Sector.
Certified by Roche Martin, Insights and the British Psychological Society, allows me to use of a variety of psychometric tools when working with clients.
