We start with a complementary 30 minutes chemistry call to establish whether we are the right fit.  Once the answer is yes we continue to work through and agree on the coaching agreement.                                                                  
1 x 110 minute exploration/Relationship Building Session using the "PERSON FIRST" Model then follows.                     
 
5 x 55 minute (225 minutes in total) coaching supervision/mentoring sessions will then follow to support you achieve the development results you are looking for.                                                                                
The exploration session and the five coaching supervision /mentoring sessions will take place over a 12 month period.
