Self-awareness:

Participants will gain a deep understanding of emotional intelligence and its importance in personal and professional growth. Interactive sessions will help individuals recognise and address unconscious biases and perceptions affecting workplace behaviour. Peer feedback will further support the learning process.

Behaviour, Insights Discovery, and Colour Energies:

Understanding psychological preferences is key to self-awareness. The programme introduces the Insights Discovery colour model to make these concepts accessible and engaging. Participants will appreciate and find humor in behavioral differences and how they are perceived by others.

Communication:

Differences in behavior can lead to misunderstandings and conflicts. This programme helps participants understand their own communication styles and those of others, fostering better collaboration. Peer discussions will identify ways to improve communication within the team.
