It stems from deep self-awareness and situational understanding, originating from within. When exhibited, it becomes infectious, inspiring teams to engage more, stay motivated, and go the extra mile.
Conversely, when leaders fail to recognize the impact of their style and avoid being open, honest, and vulnerable, it leads to fragmentation within teams and organizations. Trust diminishes, communication breaks down, and results suffer.

Building on self-awareness and behavioral understanding from the Personal Effectiveness programme, leaders will delve deeper into Emotional Intelligence, self-management, and the importance of social skills in a modern, tech-driven workplace.

The Four Leadership Styles:

The Insights Discovery Self-Aware Leader model is based on four balanced leadership styles. Leaders will explore their strengths in each style through feedback and reflection, enhancing situational awareness and peer accountability.

Transformational Leadership Profile:

Participants will receive a detailed Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership profile, examining their leadership through eight dimensions. This profile highlights the need to flex between different leadership styles for success.

Peer Group Coaching:

Leaders will learn essential coaching tools and frameworks to improve situational and leadership effectiveness. This process helps them identify and act on development areas to become more effective in their roles. Additional group coaching sessions will continue after the training to ensure the action plans are completed and change an effective results are achieved.
