During this programme, your team will explore:

Participants will discuss and define the differences between management and leadership, identifying situations where leading is more beneficial than managing.

Leadership Styles:

Using the Insights Discovery Colour energies and insights from experts like Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, and Annie McKee, managers will identify their preferred leadership styles, assess their strengths and weaknesses, and develop actions to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Coaching and Mentoring:

Managers will learn the skills and techniques for both coaching and mentoring, providing them with valuable resources to effectively bring out the best in their team and manage performance confidently.

Leading Teams and Motivating Others:

Managers will explore how to influence and motivate their team using the Insights Discovery Colour preferences, promoting psychological safety, celebrating diversity, and encouraging constructive collaboration.
