2: Team Effectiveness

Jo Cawley, Coaching, Supervision and Leadership Development

OVERVIEW

The Team Effectiveness Model is designed to enhance teamwork by improving communication, collaboration, and overall team performance. As delegates work through the model, they gain valuable insights into their team's dynamics, identifying strengths and areas for growth. They develop practical strategies to overcome challenges, foster trust, and align on shared objectives. By the end of the process, participants will have a clear roadmap for building a more cohesive, engaged, and high-performing team.

The greatest untapped potential in organizations today lies in our ability to work effectively as a team, whether remotely, in a hybrid setting, or in person. When diverse individuals come together, what once seemed impossible can become a
reality. However, for this collaboration to succeed, each person must set aside their personal agenda, be open and vulnerable with one another, and celebrate their strengths while honestly addressing areas for improvement. Without this clarity, personal egos take precedence, misunderstandings arise, and teams struggle to achieve their goals.
